Who we are
Gestivins is a division of Gestireso, a Québec company. This policy explains what personal information the gestivins.com website collects and how we handle it, in accordance with Québec's Law 25.
Information collected
When you use the contact form: your name, company, country or region, email address, type of request and message. When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address and, if needed, your name.
Use
This information is used only to answer your request, to communicate with you and, if you subscribed, to send you the newsletter. It is never sold or rented.
Cookies and external services
The site only uses cookies that are essential for it to work (for example, remembering that you read the cookie notice). It uses no analytics or advertising tools, and its fonts are hosted on our own server: your browser does not contact any third-party service.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to legal obligations. The site is hosted by WHC and protected by an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
The Gestivins software
The software (app.gestivins.com) has its own privacy policy, available within the software, including how to view, export or delete your data.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
